Forta 800 Cutting Oil

• FORTA 800 is a heavy-duty type straight cutting oil containing high-pressure additives and synthetic lubricants.
• The high-pressure additives in its content prevent chip adhesion and crater formation on the tool surface even during the most difficult chip removal operations.
• It extends tool life and provides good surface finish due to its high level of polar substances, wear inhibitors and EP additives.
• It has a high flash point and low misting feature.
• It is especially suitable for heavy operations such as broaching, gear cutting, gear cutting.
• It should be kept in mind that it may stain when used on non-ferrous metals.
