CUTTAP Threading / Cutting Paste

• CUTTAP is a heavy-duty paste that can be mixed with watercontaining high-pressure additives and wear-strengthening additives.
• CUTTAP was developed for difficult operations such as high-speed gear cutting, cutting, and drilling for iron and non-ferrous materials. It can also be used as a lubrication enhancer in metalworking fluids. It can be added to metalworking fluid mixtures.
• CUTTAP does not contain nitrite, phenol, sulfur, secondary amines and NPE.

APPLICATION METHOD

• CUTTAP is easy to mix. In tapping, drilling and similar difficult applications, it can be applied without dilution by dipping or by brush. In easier operations, it can be diluted with water up to 30%.
• CUTTAP can be added to the metalworking fluid up to 5% in difficult applications.
