• TUBESTAR GALVA is a new generation neo-synthetic processing fluid developed especially for use in galvanized and steel pipe and profile manufacturing.
• It is recommended for use in forming, welding, cutting and hydrostatic test applications in pipe and profile manufacturing. It can be used in pipes of all wall thicknesses thanks to the special synthetic lubricants it contains.
• TUBESTAR GALVA has superior corrosion control for both galvanized and steel. It is resistant to bacterial and fungal growth. It has strong foam control and separates fine chips very well. The high performance additives in it provide very good cutting properties. This product does not contain nitrite, phenol, sulfur, chlorine, secondary amines and NPE.
