Metfor 2610 Forging Process Lubricant Containing Graphite

• METFOR 2610 is a water-based, synthetic graphite-containing forging process lubricant.
• The additives and dispersants in its structure   prevent residue formation on the surface.
• METFOR 2610 provides protection against high temperatures by wetting the mold surfaces well thanks to its well-balanced micronized graphite particle distribution.
• It forms a good protective film layer on mold surfaces at high temperatures. This film layer provides a high metal flow rate in extreme conditions, increasing the life of the mold.
• METFOR 2610 contains additives that increase the resistance of the film layer at high temperatures.
• METFOR 2610 is a low viscosity product that allows easy mixing.
