Cleanmet 913 - WM Degreasing Fluid for Spray Type Washing Machines

• CLEANMET 913-WM is a water-mixed degreaser used to clean residues such as metalworking fluid, cutting oil or honing oil accumulated on workpieces in high-pressure spray-type mass production washing machines.
• It can be used on all iron-based materials. It is safe for human and environmental health.
• This product does not contain nitrite, phenol, sulfur, chlorine, secondary amines and NPE.

GENERAL FEATURES

• It is a non-foaming cleaner.
• It does not absorb the cleaned oils, it throws them out, thus extending the life of the cleaner.
• The product is suitable for both cold and hot washing.
• It does not cause corrosion or an adhesive film layer on metal surfaces.
• It easily mixes with water.
• Recommended mixing ratio2 – 4%
• Chemical titration for concentration measurement method is recommended.

APPLICATION METHOD

• CUTTAP is easy to mix. In difficult applications such as tapping, drilling and the like, it can be applied undiluted by dipping or by brush. In easier operations, it can be diluted with water up to 30%.
• CUTTAP can be added to metalworking fluid up to 5% in difficult applications.
