AQUATENSID Series Water Miscible Polymer Quenching Fluids

• They are synthetic heat treatment fluids with a polymer structure that are used by mixing with water in various ratios.
• They are suitable for use in immersion, induction and flame hardening systems.
• They are particularly successful in aluminum heat treatment with minimum distortion.
• There is no risk of fire since they are used by mixing with water. Smoke formation is much less than oil.
